All too often we don’t take time to press pause and review where we are heading and it’s easy to end up somewhere where we didn’t want to be because we didn’t take the time to reflect. The ‘My Life Review’ online course is a simple yet profound way to press pause, reflect and make choices to ensure that our life is headed in the right direction and ensure that we take steps to live our best life. It is a 4 step process where you evaluate your life now, create a vision for how you want your life to be, develop two actions plans to implement and make some commitments to enable you to stay on track.
